I’ve been lucky to work with some of the best. At FedEx Express, I played a major role in a huge business transformation project in the Polish market, using my language skills and cultural understanding to lead it to success. I also gained valuable insight working with one of the UK’s largest housing associations, where I helped build strategies that actually made a difference.

But my journey started even earlier — as one of Coventry’s very first self-employed nail technicians. I built that business from zero, using my financial background to make it both efficient and affordable. That’s stayed with me: I value money, I value time, and I believe success should be sustainable — for everyone involved.
